Reconditioned Pallets

48x40 Premium A Grade (#1 Clubgrade)

  • GMA type, 48 x 40, Stringer style
  • Minimum 7 top & 5 bottom deck boards– additional coverage acceptable on top deck only
  • Hardwood species lumber
  • 4-way entry– 9” standard notches on stringers
  • 5 1/2” wide top & bottom lead boards– tolerance + or -1/2”
  • 3 1/2” wide interior boards– tolerance + or -1/2”
  • 9/16” minimum deck board thickness– tolerance + 3/16” or -1/16”
  • Stringer– min height 3 1/2” - tolerance + 1/4” and must be 3 1/8” wide– tolerance— 1/8”
  • Lead board flush with end of stringer
  • 3.50” maximum spacing between boards– tolerance + or -1/2”
  • No blocks or companion stringers or broken runners
  • No chipback or cracks over 1/8”
  • No exposed or raised nails
  • No metal plate repairs on stringers
  • Pallets must be clean and free of contaminants.
  • Pallets shall have no loose or broken components, stringers, boards.
